Allergy Awareness & Emergency Response (AAER)
This 1.5 hr course is ideal for those who work with children and need additional training on how to use Epi-Pen or Jext Pens.
Section 34 of the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Act 2026, commonly referred to as Benedict’s Law, requires schools to have an allergy safety policy, publish it and keep it under review.
Learners will understand allergies/allergy safety in the school/environment/recognising reactions and emergency response.
